RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Bold Attire, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to hygiene and safety considerations, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange.
INTIMATE PRODUCTS
Bras, panties, lingerie sets, shapewear and other intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal has been opened or the product has been worn.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received
• A photo of the packaging/shipping label
• A brief description of the issueWe will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
CONDITIONS
Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all hygiene seals and tags intact.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer wants the product.
We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time will depend on the payment method used and the circumstances of the case.
